Strategy Breakdown

Over a three-day discovery, we discussed business goals, competition, audience profiles and brand essence for CIMBA. Once we compiled our notes, performed some research of our own and collaborated internally, some of our biggest findings were noting that 80% of students were coming from 20% of the colleges they were marketing to. Within those colleges, almost all were located in small to mid-sized cities.

Hatch conducted an online survey to find out what college students are looking for in a travel-abroad experience. The numbers helped show what was most important.

Hatch helped create a focused strategy to invigorate specific students at their most fruitful colleges to study abroad at CIMBA in the upcoming semesters, along with creating targeted messaging that resonates with the primary audience.
