THE OVERVIEW
Physicians' Clinic of Iowa came to Hatch with a need to review their current marketing, and to provide a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming years to come within the growing competitive landscape in Eastern Iowa. Through Hatch’s discovery sessions with doctors and admin teams, Hatch developed a plan beginning with refreshed messaging and a high impact media schedule, targeting key audiences we identified as most important to influence.
Research
Through the discovery process, Hatch developed and executed a quantitative research study to identify brand awareness against competition in the area. The data we received was primarily focussed on understanding awareness and sentiment towards PCI and to establish a market benchmark for future research studies to review brand lift and sentiment from our marketing strategy.
